due to the increasing number of rape and minimal action against taken against them is shameful for our entire country ,we are a country of the east not the west we need to hang .or stone rapist to death once this law is passed nobody will ever attempt to think about children and women this way 

in the time of zia ul haque ,a child rapist was hanged publicly and no rape was reported for 10 years i dont give a damn about UNO its useless ,we need to pressurize our government to pass this law please it takes 5 minutes and can make prevent god knows how many potential victims
