To the honorable Prime Minister of Malaysia, Cabinet Ministers, Members of Parliament and State Assembly members.

WE the citizens of Malaysia, ask all of you to forfeit and donate 50% (Fifty percent) of your monthly basic salary to the Tabung Prihatin fund to support and provide cash assistance to the poor B40 and struggling M40 middle class group of Malaysians whose livelihoods are affected by the "FULL LOCKDOWN".

THE closure of Parliament and State Assemblies (a result of the declared "National State of Emergency") disallows all of you to perform the required democratic and transparent tasks to collectively and competently administer to the needs of the citizens of Malaysia during this tragic Covid-19 pandemic which infections and deaths has drastically increased since early May 2021.

Therefore we implore all of you to exercise compassionate sense and volunteer to take a monthly pay cut also for the duration of this Covid-19 pandemic which tragically is affecting the livelihood and economic well-being of the poor B40 group and the struggling M40 Middle class group of Malaysian citizens.
