Importance of Dense Forest Is Not Unknown To anyone, Forest Are The Beautiful Creativity of Nature Which Is Home To All The Wild Animals Including Elephants Tigers Etc. we Are Not Realizing It Now, But Environment Will Be Worse Because of Ourselves As We Are Not Doing That Much Effort To Protect Our Forest. 

 

The Forest (Conservation) Act 1980 Section 2 Is Good Approach But Needs To Be Amended, It Allowe To Even Submit The Application For Prior Approval From Central Government To Use Forest Land for Non Forestry Purpose, But It Should be That If A Forest Area Is Designated As Protected Or Dense Forest, No one I repeat No One Not Even Government Would Use The Land For Non Forestry Purpose, Either It Is Coal Mine or Any Other Mine.
