Many #ITcompanies are gearing up to call employees back to office but  before we risk employees when already they are delivering from home with no impact to business . Also most IT companies have posted best results showing #WFH has less impact on delivery .

Please consider below points & allow employees to continue work from home till.

-Fully vaccinated % in country is around 90-100. Currently Fully Vaccinated % is less than 20%.

- Even After vaccine many +ve cases are found and with a fear of wave3 still looming it would be risk to disturb #WFH model.

- Moreover atleast give 2-3 months headsup so employees can prepare mindset to be back in office.

- Bachelors have left flats & need to find places when they come back to cities. Its going to be a challenge for them in terms of food , social distancing when they are back to work.

- Employees with families are worried about kids & old parents in case they have to travel to office. Many have moved families back to hometown.

1. World is watching over UK model of Ignorance .

Children are getting highest infection and reason is even after both dose of vaccine public is carrying virus and transferring to kids .

Future of World is on risk due to ignorance. India can't afford it .

2.WFH model has saved in hand income at end of month for employees due to zero travel,office cost etc

3.Vaccination doesn't guarantee complete protection. Scientists have echoing for Regular booster concept with caution .

Only MASK and vaccination isn't solution . Unless and untill vaccine for children are succesful and world is having min 6 month covid decline stability Offices must be Discouraged from calling employees to office.

4. Health of People with corona positive history, is badly compromised due to ignorance.
India is one of the youngest Nation but since majority of youth have been hit by chinese corona virus there is huge chance of other diseases like Cardiac,brain,lungs will be emerging in coming years amid all work pressure for them.
Such employees MUST NOT be called office strictly for next 12 months .

With all these points & no impact to delivery atleast till 2022 #WFH #WorkFromHome should continue.
