That means establishing a UNIFORM CIVIL CODE for entire Nation. It is not a new idea Goa already have a uniform civil code. The code refers to have a common law governing all citizens irrespective of ones religion.

"Ban on beef"," Muslim polygamy law","section 10AA(1)Divorce act",etc all have questioned our secularism in India. Recent cases of Dadri Lynching, Akademi awards crisis, etc which questions tolerance of us Indians are all because of religional differences.

Having a uniform civil code is hours need to unite Indians and make everyone feel equal and free.
