Captain Kishore Kunal met an untimely death in a car accident on 10th Jan 2015. He was posted in Patiala military cantonment. On the fateful night, he was in the passenger seat beside Captain Sarveshwar Shukla on the wheels. Car was in enough speed that when it collided with a tree, Captain Kunal died on the spot. Captain Shukla was drunk driving and deserves a punishment. Since then Army has not conducted any fair enquiry. It is very difficult to get transparency in Army proceedings. Being a tax-payer Army is obliged to give us an answer. This incident has devastated the whole family. Captain Kunal's family in Patna is knocking on all the doors possible but no answers were received yet. Media has turned a blind eye as neither this incident is from an influential family not it has a political agenda. We want justice. We want justice for his soul. We want justice his old grieving father. We want justice for his family who are in a lot of anguish and feeling powerless and losing hope in democracy.
