Thank you to all who kindly answered Dame Joanna Lumley’s call to action last week to help my mum. It’s meant the world to her. She is just 8 days away from taking her fight for justice to Westminster and, hopefully, Downing Street.

As time is now so short, please would you consider helping us a little more. Please would you click this link to urge your MP to meet with Anne and, crucially, urge them to support the call to the Prime Minister that he should agree to meet her.

Please be assured that our calls to action are working. More and more MPs are agreeing to meet Anne when she attends Parliament, but she needs even more behind her.

As yet, the Prime Minister has not responded to her plea for a meeting. The next few days will be crucial to making Anne’s voice heard.

I am so proud of my mum. At the age of 99, she is campaigning tirelessly not only for herself but for the other half a million British overseas pensioners worldwide, denied the yearly inflation-linked increases offering vital protection against cost of living increases.
