Mayor Coderre wants to dump 8 billion litres of sewage into the St. Lawrence River. This is not the first time it has been done. What that tells me is that the proper measures have not been taken in the past to fix instead of bandage the sewage treatment plant in Montreal. As I listened to Mayor Coderre explaining that some will sink and dissipate and some will float, what he did not say is that what they plant to dump is 8 Billion litres of feces and tampons. How is this good for the environment? Please stop this irresponsible act. This will affect the fish, wildlife, environment, drinking water not to mention other bodies of water.
