For years, experts have warned that switching to and from daylight saving time is bad for our health. When our biological clock is out of sync, not only do we lose sleep, we also increase our risk of heart attack and stroke, and even serious accidents. Lets change all our clocks to Daylight Savings time and leave them there. I believe the time zones are out by one hour as it is. For the five months in the year that we go back to standard time makes no difference as far as light is concerned. We are in the dark morning and evening during the winter seasons.

Changing clocks twice a year is a nuisance at best and hazardous to your health at worst.  There are many studies showing that mucking around with our circadian rhythm twice a year causes increases in strokes and heart attacks, impacts people with depression and seasonal effective disorder and causes more car accidents. All of Canada should do this and stop the changing of clocks back and forth. I ask all Provincial and the Federal Government's to move to Daylight Savings Time and leaving it there.  The havoc this time change causes to all people, young and old alike, is not worth it their health and well being.
