I jus saw a video of hydrabad..that sum boys burn 3 pupies alive..is this what human being is all about...i m shocked actually i m afraid...i came to neo that they will not be sent to jail they will be sent to councellors nd they will be finned rs 50....i jus want this to be changed from 50 to atleast 5,00,000rs nd jail of atleast 10 yr for this kind of act...pls i request as i saw tht incident of a boy thrwing a dog from 3rd floor bt today what i saw was so disturbing pls i m a common man nd i want this to be changed in our country...pls as we r human beings nd these animals cant write a petetion to prime minister or menka gandhi ji...we will hav to req for a change..these animals cant speak..bt we can nd in fact we should ...nd animals too hav feelings nd they too can feel the pain...and above all god has sent them as our responsiblity to take care for them
