I beg of the city of Manitowoc (and any driver in general) to always proceed with precaution when taveling near a school or park area! My daughter and I were leaving Scheutte Park before dusk and a charcoal colored Toyota Corolla came flying up the hill (red little car following dangerously close behind) and came damn near 10 ft. in front of me before realizing they needed to SLOW DOWN! I frantically waved my arms in the air to ensure they HAD SEEN US! For a moment I thought my daughter was about to witness a vehicular man slaughter involving her own mother. 

It's Spring the sun is out and kids want to play. I'm sure you wouldn't like to spend your sunny days in the slammer.

Added to post of Seperate Scenerio: Video of my kids and I trying to cross from Schuette Park to go home. As you can see we came up as no vehicles were present. Thank you to the car that pulled out to save us from being the next vehicular manslaughter!

I get it, you have a hot rod and wanna show it off going UP the hill but THERE IS A PARK AROUND THE CORNER!!!! 

Asking for people to send me there testimonies and permission to use your name on the petition I am working on. We need to keep our community safe! Pedestrians ALWAYS have the right of way! (I'm a defensive walker just as I am on the road driving). I have a daughter with Downsyndrome and I do not feel safe bringing her across from my Residence to our local favorite public park thay has a 4.7 * rating on Google Maps.
