My daughter, a dedicated second grader of Clifton Elementary School, along with hundreds of other students, is at risk of losing her nurturing learning environment due to the proposed shutdown of the school. Clifton Elementary plays a vital role in our community, fostering our children's educational growth and shaping their future success. More than 300 students are currently receiving quality education from a dedicated teaching staff at this beloved institution. Besides, approximately 80% of these students are reliant on the school's meal program, accentuating the school's importance beyond just being an educational force but also a life-support system in our community. Displacing these students disrupts their learning progress and denies them the stability they need at such an impressionable age.
