So the school district for Lamar middle school is planning to remove the App Store one day and there are so many different reasons why this is completly unfair. multiple and I mean multiple people have spent a lot of money on the App Store ranging from just a few dollars to hundreds of dollars. if the school is going to remove the App Store than the hundreds of dollars some people have spent will disappear as well. Another reason would be lack of entertainment. Students use their ipads for not only school but to entertain themselves in the morning. without the App Store, no recess, and no phones in the morning. This only leaves one form of entertainment, communication. While communtication is a great method of entertainment, with no entertainment with tech it can be much harder to find stories which will lead most people to be awfully bored. Finally, video games can lead to great friendships. When it comes to gaming you can meet many people who can eventually and potentially become good friends and can also heavily increase your skills in communication and even teamwork. If this is removed than our skills wont be nearly as good as before. Overall the App Store has brought many people together and removing it would be an awful idea that no one would appreciate.
