We understand budget cuts are necessary but believe there must be other solutions than closing a vital part of our community. We urge Franklin County Public Schools to explore all possible alternatives before making such a drastic decision.
We need to email ALL board members and Board of Supervisors. We also need to attend the school board meetings. They work for us and our children. If we don't try to speak up we can't expect anything to happen.

The Franklin County School Board holds their regular board meeting on the second Monday of each month in the lower level of the school board office, which is located at 25 Bernard Road Rocky Mount, VA. The open session will begin at 6pm.
