On Wednesday, October 8th, Judge Brooks issued a decisive ruling to halt the development of a massive poultry facility on the banks of the Satilla River. The evidence presented made it clear: the project posed serious risks not only to nearby residents but also to communities downstream. This is a significant victory for the Satilla River, its surrounding ecosystems, and everyone who calls the watershed home.  We truly thank each and everyone of you for your support!  Together we will continue to protect our river!
