Now, the contracts have surfaced that threaten to transform it into a self-storage facility. It's currently caught up in a legal battle, as the self-storage company exerts pressure to expand their territories.

Beyond the emotional attachments we have to the Dollar Tree, it serves an important purpose in our community.
