Hulme councillor Lee-Ann Igbon hit out at MMU as being ‘very challenging to work with this is in regards to MMU and cycling but the same applies to the lease on ALL SAINTS PARK MMU believe they don't have to abide with the lease the city council has with them  

Its leased as a public open space and can be used for recreation only

No mention of we reserve the right to lock this park for any reason with out prior notice Just like the stopping up order at Cavendish Halls 

MMU believe they can exclude the community take our public assets and our public rights and get away with it

Coun Igbon sounded a warning to management: “We do not want to keep coming into battles about things that could have been listened to earlier.
