Due to ACHA policies, they cannot deny or confirm whether he is moving in. However, it has been confirmed that to property he was supposed to be moved into is now void and will be allocated to someone else! 

This has been a "victory". 

Thank you very much to everyone, especially my neighbour, who went above and beyond to get the word out through the posters and to everyone else who shared. You're all incredible.

This doesn't prevent them moving another sex offender here, but, I promise to always make the community aware and prevent this from happening when legally possible.
