Thank you everyone who has signed and shared this petition. Since Ryan’s death over a month ago our family has yet to receive any answers. Multiple emails, phone calls and letters have been written questioning what happened. None have been answered. How are the drugs coming in? How are inmates able to use over a period of an evening then overdose and die before anyone becomes aware. The only answers we have received are from inmates offering it to us. Not the government not the jail. An investigation into Ryan’s death has begun and we hope when it is completed LCC will follow all recommendations made to ensure this never happens to another family.
