Hello Everyone,

Many of you have reached out suggesting that we ask for support from MP Dan Mazier and MP Larry Maguire on this issue.  We have been in touch regularly on the issue and reached out today to ask if we could share the attached letter.  MPs Mazier and Maguire are actively following this and advocating to Parks Canada for open communication and public consultation on our behalf.  A letter was sent to Steven Guilbeault, the Minister Responsible for Parks Canada on April 21st.  It is attached here.  

Please continue to share this petition with Riding Mountain National Park stakeholders, lake users and community members who will be impacted.  With such a short window of time until the 2023 boating season it is important to demonstrate the impact on the community as best we can.
