The expansion of the Tremough campus for the Combined University Cornwall, is aggressively targeting surrounding areas. Whether it be developers pressing to convert greenfield sites, the use of commercial areas or local amenities, the process is running roughshod over local people's opinions and interests.

The purpose of this petition is to try to stop Cornwall council from using compulsory purchase powers to acquire private land at Treliever from a landowner who has no wish to see his property taken from him and assimilated into the growing campus.
