Growing up in Alabama, Alabama Public Television (APT) has been an integral part of my life. It has connected me to stories and educational content that ignited my curiosity and broadened my horizons. APT and PBS have been synonymous in my household, and I believe that severing ties between these two would be detrimental not only to me but to countless families across Alabama.

Alabama Public Television relies heavily on PBS programming, with an astounding 90% of its content being sourced from PBS.
