There has been a recovery house set up on Gisburn road Brookfield  Preston without any knowledge to the community, Another two houses on Heathfield drive are in the process of opening as recovery houses, to a company called Bright start Homes, who have leased these properties for 25years with no CARE or CONSIDERATION for any the home owners / Gateway renters and families that live on the same street. Residents Of Gisburn Road Only finding out after a "support worker " from this company reversed into a stationary vehicle outside the property. These houses are for active drug addicts, Alcoholics,  Prison leavers and homeless people. We don't want these Recovery Houses within our community!!! People who have worked hard to buy there houses are now outraged that this can even happen without being consulted, we as a Community are concerned for the de- valuation of our properties and fears for our families saftey.
