As an immigrant who arrived in Canada during the Harper era, I have witnessed first-hand the principles of high standards and stringent fraud controls that made Canada a coveted destination for ambitious, law-abiding immigrants. My family sacrificed greatly, selling precious property to afford my international education despite a brutal currency parity. For seven arduous years, I competed in a challenging environment to earn my right to stay in a country that promised stability and opportunity.

However, my hard-earned dream is being tarnished by what has become an insidious and broken immigration system under the Liberal Party's governance. The current system led by (miraculously re-elected) Atlantic MP Sean Fraser, allegedly in alignment with the radical Century Initiative (which is now a direct advisor to our current PM Mark Carney), operates an indiscriminate door policy, admitting hordes of malignant actors and putting undue strain on our nation’s resources. 

The operational failures of the current immigration policies are not just theoretically flawed; they are palpable in everyday life. The rapid population growth, poorly managed by a target and volume perspective, has put Canada at risk of falling into a third-world population trap, straining public services, and damaging our social fabric.

It's absolutely critical for the newly elected Liberal Party of Canada to acknowledge this misstep. The current immigration process does not reflect the considered, balanced approach required for national prosperity and security. We are demanding swift corrective measures to enforce responsible immigration processing, reinstating prior levels of scrutiny and ensuring new residents enrich rather than dilute the national fabric.

We urge our government to act decisively in tightening immigration controls to ensure only those who display genuine intentions and align with Canada’s values are allowed to contribute to this beautiful country.
