Montana State University football has been on a downturn for a while now, not just this year. Yet Peter Fields was behind the extension given to Coach Ash in July. He then fires Coach Ash the day after another loss to the U of M. 

It takes two to tango, if Ash is held accountable then Fields should be too.... The common theme from the firing of Ash is that Athletic director Peter Fields needs to go as well.

The lack of results on the sidelines is also the responsibility of the Athletic Director. Montana State needs more fire and it starts at the top. Business as usual doesn't cut it any longer. We are winning minds, but not big games.
