I hope you are happy to see that people are now, finally, talking about cancelling student loans by executive order. That ALL started with our petition, so you should be very proud-
Be sure to register for the Town Hall meeting we are doing next week (Friday, 3pm eastern) with writer Matt Taibbi (Rolling Stone) , Catherine Austin Fitts (former boardmember of Sallie Mae), and Tom Borgers (Federal Investigator who led the home mortgage crisis investigation for the federal government). This will be a very hard-hitting, non-partisan discussion of the student loan problem, and also the documentary that we are finishing now.
Spread the word!
This is our time to step up folks. If we are going to actually get these loans TOTALLY CANCELLED, we need to grow the petition to a more appropriate size. This will be the difference between partial, lame cancellation, and actually getting these loans off our backs!
