I hope that you all are pleased to see that our call for student loan cancellation is being picked up across the country now! That started with our petition and our efforts. Thanks to everyone who pitched in to get us to where we are.
However: The concept being seeded in the media now is for $10,000 loan cancellation. This is concerning. This is wholly inadequate for most of us, and will only perpetuate this catasrophically failed, nationally threatening lending system. These loans must be completely cancelled, and we have to fight hard for this.
I hope that you agree, and that you will help us grow the petition to a more appropriate size, and also push Joe Biden. Time is of the essence folks. Will you please do these actions today?

Please cancel ALL federally owned student loans by executive order, and order the Department of Education to stop opposing borrowers in bankruptcy court for loans that cannot be cancelled by executive order. This is a catastrophically failed lending system, it needs to be completely reset, and there is no better way to stimulate the economy during this difficult time. The country needs to to go big on this!
