Child rapists should not be released back into society because they will continue raping and killing children. Millions of non-violent people in America are doing life in prison for non-violent offenses yet rapists of children routinely serve NO jail time and many are released from prison after serving only a few months or receiving only probation.

The rape of children in America is a national crisis and an epidemic. The federal government and past Presidents have failed miserably in their responsibility to protect the most vulnerable Americans, children.

The only 100% sure way to assure no more children will be raped and killed is to keep child rapists in prison for life without parole.

We are also asking that the forcible rape of any child 17 and under, be a federal felony and that anyone justly convicted of the forcible rape of a child under 17, be sentenced to life in prison without parole.
