As described in this reddit post, the Mormon church received $54 million in stimulus payments as small businesses and families go bankrupt. Recently a whistleblower reported on the (LDS) Mormon Church having a hidden $100+ Billion investment fund. 

A church using policy that severely damages the mental health of children(especially the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints that has deliberately obfuscated its wealth) should not receive a penny of tax-payer dollars nor should it be allowed to maintain its tax-free status without full public financial disclosure of all of its holdings.
