Finally, after three months!!! The delay was a blessing in disguise. It gave me an opportunity to polish the essay based on the consultations I have done with different scholars and concerned citizens during the three-month old campaign that we coordinated. The consultations and round tables continue towards creating a petition acceptable to most of stakeholders. Thank you Lourd de Veyra and Sarge Lacuesta. God bless you!
