PETITION LETTER

ATTN : Securities and Exchange Commission, DILG, PNP, NBI and LGU.

SUBJECT : PETITION LETTER TO RECOGNIZE KAPA MINISTRY IN ITS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AS RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION.

WHEREAS, We KAPA Members out of our own volition and freewill joined THE KAPA Ministry a religious sector which was founded by Pastor Joel Apolinario,

WHEREAS, We being a MEMBERS were not required to make any investment but rather can offer a donation and may expect a love gift in return,

WHEREAS, From the time we started joining a KAPA Ministry, our economic and financial status has greatly improved,

WHEREAS, KAPA Ministry has really helped us in having our own homes, sufficient foods, shelters, clothing for the day where the Government failed to do it,

WHEREAS, KAPA Ministry has helped us have our other basic needs such as education for our children, cars for our convenient, free medical assistance when required,

WHEREAS, we are fully aware that KAPA Ministry is not a fraud, NOT A PONZI Scheme which require its new members to recruit more new members in order to sustain its operation,

WHEREAS, We are fully aware that KAPA Ministry being a religious sector had ITS OWN BUSINESS WHICH IS FUNDED BY US, ITS OWN MEMBERS.

WHEREAS, We Both OFW and local resident of Philippines who earn a money and hoped that through our collective effort,  KAPA can give us of what we need that what the Government and employment can not give, KAPA can give it,

WHEREAS, From the beginning of its operation there was NEVER SINGLE complaint heard from any KAPA Members of dissatisfaction,

WHEREAS, We know the VOICE OF THE PEOPLE IS THE VOICE OF GOD, and Government is by the PEOPLE and for the PEOPLE.

WE THEREFORE UNDERSIGNED KAPA MEMBERS OF THE KAPA MINISTRY, SOLEMNLY PRAYED THAT THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, Securities And Exchange Commission through its implementing arm – DILG, LGU, PNP, NBI etc;

1.       KAPA Ministry be recognized of its constitutional rights as religious organization, allowed to operate without any impediment and be NOT deemed as a PONZI Scheme.

2.       KAPA SEC Registration which was arbitrarily revoked by Security and Exchange Commission be reinstated.
