For PAO to endorse to DFA the case filing vs FRA owner who raped OFW day before her flight

 

For Public Attorney's Office (PAO) chief Dr.
Persida Rueda - Acosta to now strongly recommend to Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) secretary Teodoro Locsin, Jr. through Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) secretary Sylvestre H. Bello III the immediate filing of appropriate cases against a foreign recruitment agency (FRA) owner who reportedly repeatedly raped a human trafficking victim overseas Filipino worker (OFW) one (1) day before her flight home to the Philippines or to be precise, on 21 January 2020 before her scheduled flight on 22 January 2020

 

President Rodrigo "Digong" Roa Duterte, most kindly order the total ban on deployment and employment at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia if and when changes and reforms are not to be implemented after this unfortunate incident

The pieces of evidence obtained by PAO Forensic Team led by Dr. Erwin Erfe are sufficient enough to lodge the various charges at the proper venue

 

ALMOST a month after the sexual assaults happened where the victim was found to have been raped, sodomized even at least eight (8) times on the span of almost four (4) hours right at the house of the FRA owner one day before she was repatriated home to the Philippines should serve as an EXTREMELY NECESSARY WARNING or a THREATENING ALARM and supposed to trigger also a swift TOTAL BAN ON DEPLOYMENT AND EMPLOYMENT IN THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA (KSA) unless precautionary, preemptive and preventive measures are undertaken, changes and reforms in the rescue and repatriation are put in place plus the elusive justice must first be served to the victim with dispatch and NEVER EVER to be subjected to NEGOTIATION or otherwise.

 

Payments of UNSERVED PORTIONS OF THE OFW'S TWO (2) - YEAR CONTRACT should also be settled at once and moral damages, other benefits and grants be given soonest to the victim and her family members.

 

This initiative is pushed so that OTHER VICTIMS of this said FRA owner would be encouraged to also come out and file the necessary complaints.

 

This undertaken is made to expose the modus operandi of FRA owners to rape OFWs a day before their flight home for them NOT to be able to surface or take action against the perpetrators (in the belief that similar circumstance surely will delay or derail their plan to go home)

 

And that other FRA owners who also practice the same, not only in KSA but in other countries in the Middle East must be identified the soonest and that they must be punished the hardest!
