The reason why I am writing is because my brother Edgar has been in Federal Prison since November 13, 2012. He was removed from his apartment by seven (7) Homeland Security Special Agents "ICE" at gun point without a warrant, they searched his apartment and took Edgar to the ICE facility Downtown Manhattan from there, straight to jail. Not to a Magistrate or Judge.

I've been diligent in researching this case. Edgar is being accused of transporting drugs, witness tampering, selling marijuana, threatening  witness on Facebook (6 counts all together) For which he kept pleading NOT GUILTY, he was coerced to Pleading guilty by giving Edgar's ex-wife a subpeana and was going to be questioned about their relationship. By harassing his best friend, I was also being harassed by being subpoena to the Grand Jury and sending man in black to my domicile.

Edgar came back to the Court last year February 27, 2020  2255 under 28 U.S.C. Edgar Encarnacion Lafontaine -V- UNITED STATES. Ever since CORONA VIRUS lockdowns started we have not been able to visit Edgar and the conditions in the Prison got really bad. Inmates were place all in one room with only two toilets and the whole area is open. December of 2020 Edgar and other inmates contracted covid19 and instead of sending these individual to another facility, they were sent to the HOLE and not allowed to communicate over the phone. Due to this conditions I drafted a Compassionate Release on Edgars behalf and Edgar had to remove it because I sent him a copy and the Prison where he is now is refusing all MAIL from ME. I found help to find other ways to help Edgar. When Edgar removed the Motion, Jed S. Rakoff appointed Edgar a Court Attorney, an officer of the Court. Meaning, if Edgar continues, he will be entering into contract with DISHONORABLE court. It is absolutely insane to expect a different result.

This Petition is my Court. Dockets demonstrate, the Plaintiff did not file a BOND in the case, nor a WARRANT. These unlawful arrests must stop. We need to go back to the Rule of Law.NOTICE OF FRAUD AND A REQUEST FOR AN INVESTIGATION must be reviewed by Administrative Courts. All administrative  process demonstrate Jed S. Rakoff in dishonor. US Attorneys in ESTOPPEL.

Jed S. Rakoff and Laura T. Swaine in AFFIDAVIT APPOINTMENT is missing OMB number. I demand Jed S. Rakoff to remove himself from this case. We thank you for appointing Angus James Bell, as Defense Attorney and we hold this Defense Attorney to uphold the Constitution of New York and United States of America of 1776 and Oath of Office.  He must NOT VIOLATE ANY OF Edgar rights and report all wrongdoings to the correct authority.  

WE THE PEOPLE  in the United States of America strongly demand that case 20CV1170. and 13cr030 be investigated and find what connection it has to BANK OF AMERICA, HSBC, New York BANK OF MELLON, BMW BANK OF Latin America. Why are these Corporations the INTERESTED PARTY and this DOCKET NO LONGER EXISTS IN PACER. Every criminal must be held accountable to the kidnap of Edgar Encarnacion Lafontaine.
