Please respond to the inaction of the ministry of environment of Ukraine and the state ecological, inspectorate of Ukraine. My official appeals to the ministery of environment of Ukraine and the estate ecological inspectorate of Ukraine did not prompt the officials of these ministry's to carry out their obligations to rescue the bear. It has already been 3 months and the officials have still not responded to my complaint about the owner of the zoo, were the bear has been kept illegally for 6 years in cruel conditions: his cage is only 4sq.m, does not have water, food, or a roof. The bear suffers from a psychomotor disorder. The cage is not cleaned and is overflowing with faeces. Nearby, loud music, rumbles all night along. Drunken people "treat" the bear to some beer, this bear will not be able to survive in these conditions for long. Adults and children cannot look at the bear's suffering without having tears. All of this is happening at the "Bomba" Recreation Centre, in the village Kyrylivka, Melitopol District of Zaporizzha region, Ukraine. The bear is in urgent need of rehabilitation in the national, natural park "Synevyr". PLEASE HELP US TO SAVE THIS BEAR!
