Exactly one week from the Cameroon American Council's April 26th outreach event in Union County, New Jersey, and after repeated engagement in NJ and DC by the Cameroon American Council to Senators Booker and Menendez, they join Congressman Payne on a West African TPS session. Cameroon American Council partnered in this May 2nd Event by doing outreach. CAC requested for French translation of materials including flyers for event and we were not successful. The New Jersey Congressional delegation repeated said they did not have the staffers nor the resources who can translate materials in French for the Guineans. Which underlined the need for language appropriate outreach by USCIS and Congress.
