This petition is a preemptive action against the implementation of House Bill No. 2453. This bill has already passed the house, will pass the senate and, soon, will be signed into law by the Governor of Kansas. All indications show that this will happen unless an outside force acts. Lets be ready! In truth, I really hope I will have to push the ''Declare Victory'' button early. :)
