My children of 3 & 5 years of age were taken by Child Protective Services in California with out warrant or just cause. After going to court, witch we weren't told the date or time until literally less than 30 minuts before court, we learned CPS is using the fact that I had rescheduled my daughter's dental appointment as the sole reason as why they had taken my children calling it neglect. We have since then done all that was asked of us by the court my daughter has had her dental issue taken care of & almost 4 months later still they have not released our children to us & I don't believe they ever will as they stand to make to much money off of there addition.
