Refugees Are Welcome Here - Help Increase U.S. Refugee Admission
The Issue
President Trump signed Executive Order 13780 in March 2017, which had put a cap of 50,000 refugees allowed to enter the United States. Currently, President Trump has capped the number of refugees that can be resettled in the United States at 30,000. This is a historic low in the United States of America. The order would reduce the number of refugees to be admitted into the United States, and further cut an already drastically scaled-back program that offers protection to foreigners fleeing violence and persecution.
Please Sign and Share the Petition to The President of the United States and Congress. We have to fight for those who cannot fight. We have to speak for those who cannot speak. We must stand up for these children, mothers, fathers, families, individuals, for these PEOPLE. We must unite and let the Refugees know that they are welcome here.
Who We Are:
We are Elizabeth, Rebekah, Oriana, and Arlynna. We are Master of Social Work Grad Students from California State University, Fullerton who are advocating for Refugees Rights.
