Exotic pets are constantly being taken as pets when they are young. However in order to have them as an infant the had to kill all the family members/pack that the animal is in. The "pet takers" also often don't know what to do with the animal after the have it. For example the don't know anything about food for the animal, the don't know what it needs in order to survive and they also don't know how to care for the animal. Most times ,after the animal gets to old to care, the "pet takers" just put them up in a cage in their garage or let them loose in the wild. When they do that the animals have seen humans all their life and the don't know how to act like animals so they die out in the wild. These are all reasons why exotic pets shouldnt be kept as pets and there are many more.
