Make masturbation (self-gratification) a MANDATORY part of sex education, and reduce teenage pregnancy and STD's by removing the unnecessary stigma placed on the practice by religious groups that spread untrue, medically inaccurate statements about the practice.  Impressionable youths are getting false information creating unnecessary stress and confusion in a society that has already become stressful and confusing for actual legitimate reasons.
