In 1940, America's Lend-Lease program provided vital military and food supplies to Britain that helped the Brits defend against Hitler's air raids.  It's time to revive this program to help the Ukrainians help themselves as they defend their nation from Russia's invasion.  Ukraine has asked the State Department for a new Lend-Lease program.  Their army and citizens are eager to defend themselves, but are outmatched by Russian weaponry.  This petition calls on the President and Congress to enact and carry out a new Lend-Lease Act for Ukraine.
