in December of last year brandon west was involved in another shooting death involving a gun. last December, 17 year old Kayden lee was shot in the heart and killed while at brandon west's house. brandon is said to have just moved out of the house and let his cousin move into it, where a group of teens also hung out with them. Kayden was shot, and brandon has admitted online that he was there and drove the teens away from the house right after the shooting, leaving Kayden there to die alone. Like with Shanes death, the media, and the muncie police department have tried to hide those facts from the public, and the county prosecutor is letting him walk completely free of any charges. brandons probation in Oklahoma would then be violated per its terms and he would be taken back to Oklahoma to face prison for violating his probation.

Just recently, corrupt prosecutor Hoffman, had the nerve to use rape victims in his bid to win his deputy prosecutors higher pay, saying he couldn't or wouldn't prosecute any further cases that come, including rape, and what would he tell the victims. Had Hoffman prosecuted brandon west for Shanes murder, or for any of the other violent crimes he's been charged with, brandon wouldn't have been able to go to Oklahoma and rape one his relatives, and possibly more. 

since both Shanes murder, and Kaydens murder involved guns with the same individual present during both, the fbi needs to take over this case, and open up a case in Shanes death
