Environmental Racism is the U.S. Government's new way of segregating, oppressing, and even killing populations with darker skin. In short Environmental Racism is Genocide and Segregation, is an awful transformation of old segregation laws, and other racist practices, that many government officials acting racist hoped would go under the radar, but now it's time to reveal these atrocities and fix them together.

Environmental Racism which Bullard defines as “any policy, practice or directive that differentially affects or disadvantages (where intended or unintended) individuals, groups or communities based on race," has not only resulted in the U.S. Government dumping and knowingly allowing the dumping of pollutants made up of unhealthy and harsh chemicals that have resulted in many deaths in mainly communities of color. Which we all know is also called Genocide as repeatedly specifically targeting communities all across the country of color for dumping hazardous waste is no coincidence, anyone would have to be incredibly naive and clueless of all the evidence to assume so. It has also resulted in the highly segregated ghettos or in other words impoverished communities of today, where most can not move out as they can not afford to, because of a huge number of factors caused by Environmental Racism.

These factors include racist housing decisions, combined with the fact that after segregation was made illegal, the government never decided to invest tax dollars into building up schools, and fixing up infrastructure to allow for businesses to properly function, as the government does with lighter skinned communities, and absolutely must do for all communities regardless of body type by the 14th Amendment. Which has resulted in joblessness, gangs and the drug business as means of survival, as city infrastructure is not cared for so businesses can properly run, and the ghettos we see today. The 14th Amendment states "nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." Depriving communities of color of clean environments, clearly goes against this, depriving communities of color the tax funds to build proper educational facilities, and have properly functioning city infrastructure for businesses to properly function is absolutely depriving many persons of life and liberty.

Whatever the excuse may be, by the 14th Amendment, the U.S. Government must fund schools and cities of communities of color, as it does communities with lighter skin, so no one is deprived of the life and liberty that should be equally protected under the law. The racist excuse local governments have given before is ohhhh we mainly fund schools and communities of color with local taxes, which is a way to keep segregation in place, to keep those with darker skin oppressed, and to keep depriving those with colored skin the absolute rights everyone is supposed to have as stated by the 14th amendment and this country's very declaration of independence. Actually communities are funded by federal, and state taxes as well, and if the government does abide by the very amendment it has written, the U.S. Government should fund all these communities equally.

We demand the attention of the U.S. Government to bring an end to Environmental Racism as it goes against the 14th amendment and the very founding notions of this country.

This petition if addressed, will be the single most important petition change-org has ever had, along side the petition by "Unit the People" to stop the enslavement of millions still going on in the U.S., that the 13th Amendment allows by law. Which actually makes the U.S. one of the only countries in the world still allowing slavery by written law, most other countries have come to their senses and removed any laws allowing slavery under any circumstance. They will also be the greatest changes America has made since desegregation and the 1965 Voting Rights Act.  As these petitions if addressed will prevent the death and opression of millions of lives America and work to make ghettos a thing of the past. So these petitions are seriously far more critical and beneficial the any of the, "Demand Justice For..." petitions because they actually focus on, and address fixing what's actually causing these societal issues.

And an important note to everyone, including government officials, for your sake, and everyone's please don't harbor closed minded, racist mentalities, this actually disconnects you and traps you behind walls of hate. Everyone please let's open our minds, Love everyone and be free. Let's remember making rules that help everyone, and remembering to do what those guidelines state, helps us remember to be open minded and free. So it's definitely not just very positive for everyone living under those guidelines, it's very positive for you government officials, and for reminding everyone else to be free as well.

To the U.S. Government, those that live under it's governance, and anyone else reading, let's break down the walls of hatred and racism and be free.
