Hi There,

I’m Currently an Inmate at Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center 8301 State Rd, Philadelphia Pa 19136.  As Inmates of this Facility, We are being put in a Deadly Situation. We are supposed to be Innocent Until Proven guilty, But we have been to a Death Penalty, because there’s a Virus in here that is killing imates by the day. We are not being treated right, fed correctly, or being allowed to clean  ourselves properly during this time.

Here on State Rd. all of the prisons are housing sick inmates with inmates who are not Sick. We are asking for the help of the Public and The Press to relieve us from this Death Penalty.

We have witnessed deaths that are Not being reported to the public or the press. Inmates are being tested and coming back positive for Covid- 19.
