As a human being we are all know what are the rules and regulation as a man and woman.In this case the right of every woman was gone. The main problem in this is how to decrease the number of people who suffer from this problem. As a part of society I can suggest or say that the solution of this give penalty people who are doing scandalous circumstances like imprison .

In Philippines Law it says in Article 334 of the Revised Penal Code or RPC that Concubinage is committed by any husband who shall keep a mistress in the conjugal dwelling, or, shall have sexual intercourse, under scandalous circumstances, with a woman who is not his wife, or shall cohabit with her in any other place . Therefore this Law have the penalty to do the right circumstances. In RPC, Article 333 also says that each sexual intercourse constitutes a crime of adultery.

As what President Duterte says that Change is coming and the change is already come so this people who such doing this circumstances give a lesson to do whats right.
