Kalana has been chained in the Devinuwara Temple/Vishnu Devalaya in Mathara for many years. He has been chained in the same place with barely any space to move. His chains have cut into his legs causing wounds which are now severely infected . Kalana was gifted to this temple and  now no one is even attending to his wounds . He doesn’t have much time. He must be removed from there now and treated in order to save him.
