It looks like many Russian Governors and Mayors have adopted similar Nazi methods from the past to destroy all living beings
around them.
The Governor of Rostov Region Golubev and the Mayor of Rostov Chernyshov , using these methods, came very close to "The Final Decision " of the problem , concerning the stray animals . They are watching with pleasure the sadist attack of doghunters , closing their eyes , and completely support severe, cruel , inhumane and fraud activity of Boss of "zondercommander Basia" A. Sorokin
and his wife Alexandra, who are in complete charge of the Animal Concentration Camp , called TS.B.J.
Rostov Regional Police completely support " Sadists- doghunters" and the Administrtion of their Partners called 'Basia" The Prosecution and Court system are also under complete control of local and regional Administration This Regional Administration is not interested in
the facts , why the streets of Rostov are more and more full of stray animals. They do not want to accept the fact, that the reason for this is not the animals, but heartless people, who never care for well being of poor innocent animals. And this Administration, which is cruel and barbaric in never to blame.
