MOST  RESPECTFULLY  SHEWETH:

Indicating corruption going on in our Judiciary in very level and  how  the  Senior Most Judges  involved  with  corruption, in writing letter dated 23.01.2017. informed to Hon'ble Prime Minister of India. by Justice C. S. Karnan. a  sitting  Judge of Kolkata High Court. He  also  sought  relief  to  investigate  the matter by the officers of Central Agencies. that  is  why Supreme Court of India levelled SUO MOTU contempt against Justice Karnan.

Exposing  corruption is Fundamental Duty of  any Citizen of India, Power vested to every citizen by Constitution of India. What Justice Karnan did. 

The initiatives taken by Justice Karnan against his own department is praiseworthy, to reform our rotting Judiciary, bring accountability in Judiciary  such step is must have in National Interest. 

Prima Facie observation of the matter it unable to understand  the reason behind the contempt action. Though  the action taken by Hon'ble Supreme Court there must be some ground. 

We  undersigned Citizen of India  urged on  that,   this  Contempt Proceeding  should be arranged in Parliament in the interest of Fair Justice, Fair Proceeding. and also  Live Telecast  the proceeding  as it is through national television. Let see the Hon'ble Citizen of India. what Judges of our courts doing after getting paid by consolidated fund, and Tax Free wages, under the Judges Protection Act. In large Public Interest the proceeding should be arranged in Parliament.
