Night traffic has to be banned to save innocent animals,on 11 K.M stretch of Karnataka state highway 90 ( Mysore-virajpet Road near Matthigodu elephant camp, Passing through NAGARAHOLE Tiger Reserve. Recently a speeding bus had hit a Tusker causing the death of elephant on the spot. There is immediate necessary  for measures to prevent killings of innocent animals who are dwelling in their own home place. This road which pass through elephant reserve has become a death traps for elephants and other animals due to inaction of authorities. This road is used by large number of private transporters that drive rash and negligent manner with utter disregard to wildlife.

We need to give effective meaning to the policy called ''elephant reserve, Tiger Reserve'' BY RECOGNISING THEIR RIGHT TO PRIVACY UNDER CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.
