King George V canopy near India Gate was constructed in 1911 and it housed a statue of the king of England. But after the transfer of power on 15th August 1947, India pulled down the statue and the canopy has been left empty.

We request our Government to install the statue of the greatest son of India “Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose” in that empty canopy.

Placing the statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose will be the real honour for the revolution and sacrifices he & his INA did for the independence of India. Not only that, it will also keep his ideologies alive for all of us and will propagate to the generations to come.

The true sacrifices of Netaji and INA have been completely wiped out from our history. It’s time to change the history and show the real sacrifices of Netaji & INA to the upcoming generations and to showcase the truth of how exactly we got freedom.

With the previous efforts shown by current Government, we believe that they can do this task easy and with this hope we want to request ‘The President of India, Ram Nath Kovind’, ‘Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi’ and ‘Home Minister of India, Amit Shah’ to consider this matter as the Pride of Nation and install the statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose in that empty canopy near India Gate.

It will be a great tribute to Netaji if our Government do this on 21st October, 2020.
